Rotary Die Cutting in Corrugated & Carton Packaging

Rotary die cutting has become a key process for converters who need fast, repeatable production of corrugated boxes, partitions, and other components. The combination of curved die cylinders and high-speed lines makes it possible to handle large volumes with consistent quality.

A rotary die is mounted on a cylinder that rotates against an anvil, cutting and creasing corrugated or paperboard as sheets or web pass through. The tooling can be configured to produce shipper cartons, inner partitions, wraps, and other corrugated elements.
